It’s time for you to decide who will represent SUAMS 09/10 Committee and bring our beloved association to greater heights.

We call upon ALL SUAMS MEMBERS to cast YOUR VOTE at our election booth on:

Session 1 (there will be 3/4 sessions)
Date: 25th September 2009 (Friday, Week 9)
Venue: Wentworth Level 3 (In front of Uni bookstore)
Time: 12.00 - 2.30 p.m.

Every election has its own RULE and for SUAMS election, it is:
1. Only SUAMS MEMBERS and SUAMS LIFETIME MEMBERS are allowed to vote and they are only allowed to vote ONCE.
2. Voting shall be by secret ballot and by single transferable vote.
3. Can choose to either “Vote For” OR “Abstain”.
4. An uncontested nominee shall hold 2/3 of votes to secure position.
5. Please vote based on QUALITY and NOT popularity.
6. Voting period will end by 8th October 2009 (Thursday, Week 10).

Please vote wisely as it will decide on the running of our beloved association for the next year.
